Stress Reduction workshop is for anyone experiencing stress. There are different kinds of stress and these days it is difficult to navigate life without stress. Personal stress, physical stress, emotional stress, global stress, social stress, and many new and old agitators can cause stress. Most people know they are stressed, but of course many of us find it easier to live in denial so we blame others which causes us more stress.
